Winston Francois

Privacy Policy

Effective August 3, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Winston Francois ("we", "us") handles data in connection with our internal QuickBooks Online integration (the "Application"). The Application is used solely by Winston Francois for our own business operations. It is not offered to, sold to, or used by third parties.

Information we access

When connected to QuickBooks Online through Intuit authorization, the Application reads the following from our own company file: invoices, payments, and customer records. The Application is read only. It does not create, modify, or delete any data in QuickBooks Online.

How we use it

We use this information for a single internal purpose: reconciling paid invoices against our customer relationship management system for sales pipeline reporting. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not sell or share it.

Storage and security

OAuth tokens are stored on a private, access controlled machine and are used only to make authorized API calls to Intuit. Access tokens are short lived and refreshed only as needed. We do not store QuickBooks financial data beyond what is required for the internal reporting described above.

Data sharing

We do not share QuickBooks data with any third party. Data is processed only within our own internal systems.

Retention

We retain only the minimum data needed for reporting and remove access tokens when the integration is disconnected.

Your choices

Access can be revoked at any time from the Intuit account under connected apps, or by contacting us. See Disconnect.
